Do you clean in high-rise condos?
Regularly. We coordinate with your concierge or building management on loading dock, elevator reservation and COI paperwork if the building requires it — you don’t have to manage any of that. Our equipment is compact and the low-moisture process is well suited to condo living: no soaked carpet in a sealed unit.
Can I trust you with a hand-knotted or antique rug?
That’s exactly the work our rug process was built for — dye testing before anything touches the field, gentle citrus chemistry, minimal moisture and hand-finished fringe. If a piece needs specialty handling beyond what’s safe on-site, we’ll say so plainly before we start.
Will cleaning damage light-colored or designer fabric?
We spot-test every fabric first, and our citrus extracts are gentle degreasers rather than harsh solvents — that’s the difference that protects delicate dyes and finishes. White sofas are a Buckhead specialty at this point.
