Think about what a family sofa absorbs in a year: skin and hair oils on the armrests, snack crumbs in the seams, a dog who’s convinced it’s his. Fabric holds all of it, and spray-on fresheners just add perfume on top.
We vacuum the piece thoroughly, pre-treat with citrus extracts that dissolve oils and grime, then extract everything with gentle, furniture-scaled tools and minimal moisture. The result is fabric that looks brighter, smells like nothing at all, and dries fast enough to host movie night the same evening.
Harsh chemicals are the reason upholstery cleaning has a scary reputation — they fade dyes, leave water rings and can void furniture warranties. Skipping them isn’t a compromise for us; it’s the whole point.

Which fabrics can you clean safely?
Most household upholstery: microfiber, cotton, linen, polyester and other synthetics, plus many blends. Before we clean anything, we check the fabric and test our solution on an out-of-sight spot. If a piece needs specialty care we’ll tell you honestly rather than risk it.
How long until we can sit on the furniture again?
Because we clean with low moisture, most pieces are dry to the touch within a few hours — typically the same afternoon. No plastic sheeting on the couch for two days.
Will cleaning fade the fabric or leave it stiff?
Not the way we do it. Harsh solvents are what strip color and stiffen fibers — our citrus extracts are gentle degreasers that release dirt and body oils without attacking the fabric or its finish, and no soapy residue is left to dry crunchy.
Can you get pet hair and pet smells out of a couch?

Do you clean cushions and both sides?
We clean all the surfaces you live on — seat cushions, backs, arms and sides — and get into the crevices where crumbs and hair collect. Just tell us during the walk-through if there’s a spot that especially bothers you.
